Refund and exchange guidelines
A return or exchange may be permitted if there is a problem with your item, such as an inaccurate size, design, or color that does not match the online image. Within seven business days of receiving the merchandise, send us pictures of it being worn and a close-up of the collar tag to start this process. Emphasize the particular problems you are having. To be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days, you must get in touch with us within these 7 days and provide the required images. After seven days, requests won’t be honored.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed if:
- The buyer hasn’t made any changes to the product.
- Product is defected.
- The tags and labels have not been removed.
- The item is in unused, original state as shipped.
- The issue with the product is verified to be our fault, and we will offer a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Refunds will not be processed if:
- Multiple similar products of various sizes are ordered and returned.
- The item is customized or a custom order.
- Since we provide free delivery, which is not free for us, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipment costs as well as the original postage costs.
- The item tags and labels have been removed.
- Customer wishes to exchange the product.
- You changed your mind, ordered the item by mistake, or surpassed the 30-day return period.
Return Process
After reviewing your complaint, our staff will determine if the product meets the requirements outlined above for a return, refund, or exchange. We will provide you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to attach to the shipping box if your request is accepted. Both the original postage and return shipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy
We will give you the new size at no additional cost if you would want to exchange the goods for a different size. But, the cost of shipping will be at your expense and will be determined by the size and weight of the item.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
The RMA number is an identification code for the shipping company to understand and verify that the product is being returned for service or exchange. Because there is no longer a requirement to include precise address information with the package, this makes the return procedure easier for our consumers. Simply paste this code on the box and send it.
Custom Duties
Customs fees differ between nations. To minimize the strain on our buyers, we designate all shipments as free shipping and deliver them as gifts to avoid the risk of extra costs. If customs charges are imposed, however, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay them rather than the seller’s.
