Order Cancellation Process and Instructions
Cancellation Window:
- To cancel your purchase, please confirm by using Email or Call Support within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
- If the request for cancellation is received after 24 hours but within 48 hours, 35% of the amount that was paid will be deducted.
- If you want to cancel after 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the entire fee.
- Please note that cancellations are not accepted if requested more than five days after order confirmation.
Shipped Orders:
- Order cancelation is not allowed after it has been dispatched. On the other hand, you may benefit from our simple 30-day return policy. For a complete refund, just return the item to our warehouse.
