Our Expedition
Our goal, which started out as a small group of committed fashion and business aficionados looking to assemble an offshore workforce, has grown to encompass many international locations. With an artistic influence, we create outerwear for well-known and popular brands, designed for a variety of striking occasions, such as iconic characters and outfits. In addition, we attempt to experiment with different patterns and accents to produce our own line of branded, unique apparel pieces.
Our Business Model
We operate from Marbury, Alabama working with finest quality leather right from our supplier in Ames, Iowa. With approximately on premises 20 staff members working in fields of Production and Design not limited to Pattern makers, Tailors and Quality control specialists to ensure the right quality delivered to our brand lovers. Sales, Marketing and E-commerce staff helps us in maintaining our online brand identity to fulfil market needs and derive right customers to our online store.
Once after sourcing the leather, it gets tanned to specific jacket pieces based on a design pattern. Our experienced tailors create patterns for the different jacket components such as sleeves, back, front and collar. The design phase involves the jacket’s appearance, including its style, fit, features (like zippers or buttons), and accessories. Currently we do not create our own Zippers and buttons but outsource them from Ames as well.
Any excess leather material or loose threads are trimmed to ensure a clean, polished look. Our leather scraps are in demand for DIY enthusiasts or artisans, that we plan to sell on line as well in near future. Any defected pieces are marked and sold out separately from the warehouse, to get a quote on these items you can contact us.
This process requires skilled craftsmanship at every stage, from designing to final assembly, to produce durable and stylish leather jacket for our customers.
